Philosophical Friday: Friends

Friends are people whose nature you understand, morals you share and dependability in times of crisis you can count on.

As a friend, you would not ask someone to do something that is in your best interests but not in theirs.

Nor, should you do so if you employ them, govern them, or cheat on your wife with them.

If you do, their reaction will usually disappoint you.
